No refunds or credits will be issued if we are forced to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster, emergency, or as required to protect the safety of participants/staff.
We do not offer cash refunds for entry cancellations.
We do allow you to transfer your entry to another participant, free of charge, contingent on any last-minute logistical considerations that may prevent this.
* Please note that USARA memberships are not transferable. The participant that receives the
transferred entry will have to purchase their own USARA membership.
If you must cancel your entry and are unable to transfer it to another racer, we offer the following race credit amounts towards a future event:
90 or more days prior to the event:
- 100% entry fee credit
45 - 89 days prior to the event:
- 75% entry fee credit
10 - 44 days prior to the event:
- 50% entry fee credit
* Entry fee credits may be used for 13 months following the date of the original event
* Entry fee credits are calculated off paid entry fees only, and do not include amounts paid
in fees to RunSignUp or USARA at the time of entry
